begin the process of developing funding for Charities by registering with
CARES Referrals for Charities (c)
register with CARES Referrals for Charities (c)
program by selecting the registration method that you prefer:
download, print & complete the form, then scan and email the registration in a JPEG or PDF format to
IMPORTANT REFERRAL DOCUMENTS
download the important referral documents that provide the legal basis for requiring
that the Realtors & Real Estate Companies that you select to receive your client referral from CARES
remits 25% of the Commissions that they receive, to CARES for donation to Charities.
download & print the CARES Client Referral Agreement, CARES Realtor Letter
and the Charities Funding Instructions
SELECT YOUR REALTOR
interview Realtors that you would like to assist you with your purchase or
sale of real estate, discuss your participation in the CARES Referrals for Charities (c) program.
select a Realtor and explain that their selection, is subject to their Real Estate Brokers
acceptance of your referral as detailed in CARES Client Referral Agreement
present the CARES Client Referral Agreement & CARES Realtor Letter
to the Realtor you selected, then complete the CARES Client Referral Agreement with the information
that your Realtor will provide, as to the full names of the Realtor and their Real Estate Broker.
then have your Realtor deliver the completed CARES Client Referral Agreement
to their Real Estate Broker for acceptance.
RECEIVE THE REFERRAL AGREEMENT
receive the accepted CARES Client Referral Agreement from your Realtor
after it has been accepted & signed by their Real Estate Broker
once you receive the accepted CARES Client Referral Agreement, you may sign your Realtors
Listing or Buyers Brokerage Agreement confident that your purchase or sale of
real estate will develop funding for your preferred Charities.
email a copy of the accepted CARES Client Referral Agreement to
CLOSING YOUR PURCHASE OR SALE
once your purchase or sale has been negotiated, accepted and a closing date
has been scheduled, email a copy of the contract to CHARITIES FUNDING PARTNERSHIPS
so we can schedule donation funding for the Charities that you have selected.
email a copy of the accepted PURCHASE OR SALES CONTRACT to
RECEIVE YOUR CLIENT GIFTING AWARD
once your real estate transaction has closed and CARES has received the
referral compensation contracted with your Realtors & Real Estate Companies, CARES
will fund and provide you with your $500.00 Client Gifting Award
